Interface Modes
Full / Gateway
Standard transport. Propagates to Full, Boundary & Roaming. Does not push into AP.
Access Point (AP)
Network → AP is blocked. AP clients can announce outward to any non-AP interface.
Boundary
Marks segment edges. Roaming announces cannot cross. Use between heterogeneous networks (LoRa ↔ Internet).
Roaming
Mobile nodes. Announces only spread to Full, Internal & other non-Roaming interfaces — cannot cross Boundary or reach other Roaming.
Internal
Protected inner segment. Announces from a Boundary interface are not pushed here, but Internal announces do propagate out to Boundary. Recursive path requests keep destinations reachable.
Transport Node
Has
enable_transport = yes. Relays announces between interfaces. Plain nodes only receive.Propagation Log
